Portuguese American Association of Falmouth, Inc.

The Portuguese American Association of Falmouth, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and celebrating Portuguese culture while serving the East Falmouth, MA community through comprehensive programming and facility services. Since its establishment in 1983, the organization has become a vital hub for cultural celebration and community engagement on Cape Cod. The association operates The Navigator, a full-service function facility capable of accommodating up to 200 guests indoors and an additional 200 on the outdoor patio, situated on 4.5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with ample parking. The organization hosts a diverse calendar of events throughout the year, including Carnaval!, April in Portugal, Day of Portugal celebrations, Scholarship Dinners, and Harvest Dinners, many of which are open to the public. The Navigator features a large commercial kitchen equipped to serve hundreds of visitors and serves as an important community resource, hosting the Falmouth Service Center Thanksgiving Day dinner annually with volunteer support. Beyond special events, the association maintains active monthly dinner meetings for members and regular social gatherings throughout the year. The facility also functions as an official voting precinct for local, state, and federal elections. With a family-based membership structure and active committees overseeing both operations and community outreach initiatives, the Portuguese American Association of Falmouth continues to fulfill its mission of promoting culture, friendship, and meaningful community engagement in East Falmouth.
